Terms of Use

The terms that govern your use of cipdassessmenthelp.com and the mentoring and assignment-support services provided by Moses.

Last updated: May 2026

1. About these terms

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of cipdassessmenthelp.com (the “Website”) and any mentoring, tutoring, draft-review, or assignment-support services (the “Services”) provided by Moses (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By using the Website or engaging our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website or the Services.

2. The Services we provide

We provide academic mentoring and support for learners studying CIPD qualifications at Level 3, Level 5, and Level 7. This includes deconstructing assessment briefs, explaining what assessors look for, reviewing drafts, guidance on Harvard referencing, and producing reference materials and worked examples to support your learning.

Academic integrity. All materials, model answers, and worked examples we provide are supplied for research, reference, and learning purposes only. They are intended to help you understand the standard expected and to develop your own work. You are responsible for ensuring your final submission is your own work and complies with the academic-integrity and plagiarism policies of your training provider and the CIPD.

3. Fees and payment

Fees for the Services are set out on our pricing page and confirmed with you before any work begins. Prices may vary by unit, word count, and level — for example, larger units such as 3CO04 are priced higher due to their greater scope. Payment terms are agreed at the point of engagement. We reserve the right to update our pricing at any time, but changes will not affect work already agreed and paid for.

4. Revisions and our pass commitment

We offer unlimited revisions on work we produce, in line with the brief originally agreed. If an assessor refers work we supported, we will revise it at no additional cost, provided the referral relates to the scope we agreed and you supply the assessor’s feedback. This commitment does not cover changes to the brief, new requirements introduced after delivery, or circumstances outside our control.

5. Your responsibilities

  • Provide accurate, complete information about your assignment brief, unit, and deadline.
  • Supply any case-study materials, templates, or instructions issued by your training provider.
  • Use materials we provide in line with Section 2 above and your provider’s policies.
  • Submit your own work and meet your own deadlines — we are not responsible for late submission.

6. Intellectual property

All content on the Website — including text, design, branding, and worked examples — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright. You may not copy, republish, or redistribute Website content without our written permission. Bespoke materials produced for you as part of the Services are for your individual use only and may not be resold or shared.

7. No guarantee of specific grades

While we maintain a very high pass rate and work with you until your assignment meets the required standard, final marking is carried out by your training provider and the CIPD. We cannot and do not guarantee a specific grade, mark, or outcome, as the final assessment is outside our control.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Website or the Services. Our total liability in connection with any engagement is limited to the fees you paid for that engagement.

9. Third-party links

The Website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those sites and provide such links for convenience only.

10. Privacy

Your use of the Website and Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and handle your information.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page is the version that applies. Continued use of the Website or Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Contact
